Hau Pak Sun is a Partner and Solicitor Advocate (Higher Rights Civil) at Jingtian & Gongcheng LLP in Hong Kong, with substantial experience in commercial litigation, arbitration, regulatory investigations and compliance. He was admitted as a Solicitor of Hong Kong in 2005 and as one of the first Solicitor Advocates with Higher Rights of Audience in Civil matters in 2014. His major practice encompasses dispute resolution, including listed companies' disputes, directors' and
officers' fiduciary duties, commercial disputes, company law, and arbitration. He holds numerous public appointments and committee memberships.

Notably, since August 2022, he has served as a Council Member of the Law Society of Hong Kong, and currently chairs the Law Society Consents Committee. He is also a Deputy Chairman of the HKSAR Inland Revenue Board of Review, a member of the High Court Rules Committee (appointed by the Hong Kong Judiciary), and sits on various other statutory tribunals and arbitration panels in Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland. Pak Sun’s experience is reflected in a portfolio of landmark cases in Hong Kong and international jurisdictions, many of his cases resulted in important judicial decisions reported in the Hong Kong Law Reports & Digest and Hong Kong Cases. These include representing major listed companies in complex shareholder and director disputes, as well as acting in significant commercial and arbitration matters across multiple jurisdictions.
