Victor is a technically focused and bilingual lawyer having been dual-specialised in banking and finance and corporate finance areas. He has been leading the award winning legal and compliance function of Ping An Digital Bank since 2021, and has also led the legal and compliance function of other large organisations including BOC Aviation and Hong Kong Airlines. Victor is dual-specialised in both banking and finance and corporate finance practices at global firms including A&O Sherman, Ashurst and Stephenson Harwood. He sits in the Transportation and Logistics Committee of the Hong Kong Law Society, and has contributed to leading reference volumes such as Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong (Civil Aviation volume published in 2019) and Hong Kong Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents (Logistics - Aviation).
