Amanda is a Director and Senior Lead Counsel for Citi's investment banking business in the Asia North and Asia South clusters, specialised in equity and debt capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance and transaction execution in the region. She supports the regional and sectoral business teams as well as internal compliance and control functions to deliver business-oriented, strategic and practical solutions with her extensive legal and transactional expertise, commercial acumen and good understanding of the increasingly complex and tightening regulatory environment in the APAC region. Prior to joining Citi, Amanda had over 10 years of private practice experience as a senior corporate finance lawyer at Freshfields and Davis Polk & Wardwell. She is triple-qualified to practise law in Hong Kong, England & Wales and New York. She holds dual BBA and LLB degrees from The University of Hong Kong, and an LLM from University of Pennsylvania.
