Eddy Wong, CAMS, is a veteran compliance leader and systems architect with over 25 years of expertise in AML, regulatory operations, and operational optimization. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor to a Money Service Operator (MSO), Eddy specializes in building robust compliance frameworks that prioritize BSA/AML license maintenance and ironclad audit readiness. He serves as a critical liaison to regulatory bodies, ensuring that daily operations not only meet but exceed evolving legal standards.

Previously, as Vice President of Legal & Compliance at StarDream Cruises, Eddy led a global team of AML specialists across seven international jurisdictions, including the US, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Macau. He is a pioneer in operational optimization, having designed and implemented a customized e-learning ecosystem for over 5,000 employees to streamline complex regulatory training.

Eddy’s career is defined by his ability to bridge the gap between "Wall Street" rigor and "Front-Line" execution. With a foundational background from JP Morgan and Credit Suisse in New York City, he brings a data-driven, meticulous approach to risk management. A key member of pre-opening teams for major integrated resorts worldwide, he excels at standardizing policies, developing internal controls, and managing Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) programs.
