As a regional director and head of compliance, Leo leads Microsoft’s regulatory compliance and investigations team in Greater China Region. Leo is a trusted advisor to senior executives on a broad range of issues include anti-corruption and fraud, ethical sales, anti-unfair competition, cyber security and privacy, international trade and sanctions across all business divisions including sales and marketing, research and development, experience and device, Cloud and gaming. Prior to joining Microsoft, he was a partner at a red circle Chinese law firm and an international law firm. He was qualified and has practiced in reputable international law firms the State of New York, Hong Kong and the PRC for two decades.
