Ms. Jane Liu has worked for 25+ years as a lawyer and in-house counsel, out of which around 17 years with semiconductor and other manufacturing sectors. She had worked for multinational companies such as General Electric, GlobalFoundries, and had also worked for China’s domestic companies. Jane Liu is currently the legal vice president of JCET Group. Founded in 1972, JCET Group is the world's leading integrated circuit manufacturing and technology services provider. Jane Liu holds a LL.M degree from Yale Law School, and a Master’s Degree of Law from Peking University. She was awarded Greater China GC influencer by Chambers in 2025, and named by Chambers as a Global Market Leader in 2026. Jane Liu is also an arbitrator, a commercial dispute mediator and a member of CIARB.
