Vincent Ng is General Counsel and Head of Public Affairs at Klook since 2018, leading the legal team that drives global company growth and the sustainability team focused on sustainable travel. He has guided several financing rounds that propelled Klook to unicorn status and navigated the company through the pandemic pivot.

Prior to Klook, Vincent gained extensive experience with Hyatt Hotels and trained as a capital markets and M&A lawyer, having worked at Deutsche Bank's in-house legal team and the corporate departments of A&O Shearman and Freshfields. He was awarded the Lee Shau Kee Scholarship to read BA Jurisprudence at the University of Oxford and is admitted to practice in Hong Kong and England and Wales.
