Johannes Gasser is a Partner of the firm since more than 20 years and heads the private client team

Having taken over the trust business of Credit Suisse Trust Liechtenstein recently, Johannes will focus on private client work, whilst continuing advising and representing private clients in and out of court in all areas of foundation and trust law. Johannes is a frequent lecturer at the universities of Vaduz and Innsbruck, and his commentary on foundation law is considered by courts and practice as the leading authority. Johannes is a member (Trust Estate Practitioner) of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), an academician of The International Academy of Estate and Trust Law (IAETL) and an International Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).
