Beatrice Puoti is the London Head of Private Wealth at international law firm Stephenson Harwood. Her primary focus is advising UK residents and non-residents, domiciled and non-domiciled individuals, families, private banks, trustees and family offices, on international tax, trust and estate planning issues. She has an extensive portfolio of clients, specialising in European tax and trust matters, with particular expertise on Italian issues.

Beatrice also has significant experience advising financial institutions and trustees on international trust and tax, and on the ownership, structuring and acquisition of UK and non-UK real estate. She also specialises in cross-border estate planning with a focus on issues arising from Roman Law and Common Law application.
