Lisa Ardley-Price is a Managing Legal Counsel for Commercial & Institutional Banking at NatWest, with extensive experience advising on complex legal, regulatory and strategic matters, specialising in Trade and Supply Chain Finance. Alongside her legal leadership role, Lisa is a passionate advocate for inclusion and leadership development, serving as Global Co-Chair of the NatWest Gender Network for 3 years, as Head of Networks on the Management Board of Women in Banking & Finance and as an active coach and mentor. Lisa co-founded the community Hera, for women across the legal industry and she was recognised as Women in Law Champion of the Year in the Legal 500 ESG Awards 2026.
Drawing on her experience at the intersection of law, business and culture, Lisa helps organisations navigate evolving expectations around diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) and environmental, social and governance (ESG) commitments.
