This landmark £575 million deal required balancing engagement with private equity, government, regulatory and board stakeholders.

Beyond Aimee's work with the Telegraph Media Group, she spent a good part of her career with The Hearst Corporation, leading the legal service laterally across their European companies and for HearstLab, a corporate venture initiative funding female-led and co-led digital B2B seed companies.
