This opening fireside conversation invites GCs to do something there is rarely enough time for: stop, take stock and decide what comes next. In a candid conversation, legal leaders will reflect on the past year: what worked, what didn’t, what they changed and what they learned about their own leadership along the way. The discussion will then look forward, exploring where they are choosing to focus their energy and what they intend to do differently in the year ahead. Attendees will then turn the conversation towards themselves, with dedicated time to complete their GC Reset goal-setting sheet and define one meaningful priority, how they will measure progress and the first step they will take towards it. Participants leave not simply with ideas from the stage, but with a goal of their own and a starting point for achieving it.
