Her latter career spans leadership roles at Reach plc (UK's largest FTSE-listed media organisation), and Octopus Investments where she oversaw legal and governance matters across a number of industry sectors including energy/renewables venture capital. She has a proven track record operating within complex multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks, including FCA and PRA supervision with SMCR accountability, conduct risk, and operational resilience.
