Currently Group General Counsel & Company Secretary at PEXA UK, a AU$2bn ASX-listed payment services provider, she serves as a trusted adviser to Boards and CEOs on corporate governance, integrated legal and compliance leadership, enterprise risk management, and regulatory engagement. Her latter career spans leadership roles at Reach plc (UK's largest FTSE-listed media organisation), and Octopus Investments where she oversaw legal and governance matters across a number of industry sectors including energy/renewables venture capital. She has a proven track record operating within complex multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks, including FCA and PRA supervision with SMCR accountability, conduct risk, and operational resilience.

From PE/VC-backed scale-ups to publicly listed multinationals, Parisha partners with boards, investors, founders, and key stakeholders to unlock growth, navigate complex regulation, close deals at speed, and execute projects within tolerance, without compromising on risk discipline. She leads business-aligned teams that drive growth whilst protecting enterprise value, transforming legal functions through technology and AI.
