Katherine Conlon is the General Counsel and Company Secretary of Immediate, home of consumer media brands including Good Food, Radio Times and Nutracheck. Katherine led Immediate’s legal team through its highly successful private equity cycle and later, its acquisition by Hubert Burda Media,  a fourth-generation family business. Her time at Immediate has included 25+ acquisitions and disposals. She previously held roles with BBC Worldwide and in private practice where she began her career as an IP litigator. Katherine is a non-executive director of Neon Daisy (a social enterprise supporting neurodivergent girls and their families) and a school governor.
