Tamara is Head of GGC Operations at the UK’s largest pension fund Universities Superannuation Scheme, the pension fund for the higher education sector. In this role she manages the strategy, budget, law firm panel, risk management framework, tech solutions and analytics for the Legal, Governance and Compliance teams, working closely with the Group General Counsel. Prior to her current role, Tamara was a senior lawyer in the Legal Team advising on a range of investment transactions as well as contentious and investigatory work. Earlier in her career Tamara spent a decade as an investment management lawyer at BCLP (then Berwin Leighton Paisner) before joining US firm Dechert and then USS over 8 years ago.
