Clare Lynch is Director of Legal, Compliance & Risk and a member of the Senior Leadership team at Ocado Retail. Ocado Retail is the UK’s largest online-only supermarket and is a 50:50 joint venture between Marks & Spencer Group and Ocado Group. Clare joined Ocado Retail in September 2022 and is responsible for leading the Legal, Compliance, Risk and Data Protection teams. She previously worked at Vodafone Group plc where she held various roles across the Legal and Finance functions. Clare began her career as a disputes lawyer at King & Spalding and Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer. She is passionate about redefining the roles legal and compliance professionals play within corporates today.
