Description

The human brain has a complex relationship with ‘new’.  With advances in technology and the challenges associated with different ways of working, we all need to learn how to deal with the uncertainty and inconvenience that any change brings. This session provides valuable insights into how the human brain deals with change and what is needed to get the best out of ourselves and others as we learn how to navigate an increasingly uncertain and unfamiliar environment. The session will provide an overview of how the world has changed in the last few years and consider that this means from a brain perspective.

The group will experience what their brains can and cannot do and leading them to a better understanding of what we can do to face the future, whatever it holds. The focus of the session will be on providing practical and simple takeaways that the team will be able to apply immediately.
