Caroline Griffin Pain is Chief Legal Officer at Colt Technology Services with global responsibility for the Legal and Regulatory teams and the Real Estate team. She is responsible for corporate governance at Colt and acts as Secretary to the Board, Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee. Caroline also leads ESG and Compliance at Colt and is Chair of the Ethics Committee, dealing with Whistleblowing and Code of Conduct matters and is responsible for implementing and monitoring Colt’s anti-bribery programme. Caroline received an award for “In-House Leader of the Year” in the Women, Influence and Power in Law UK Awards.
