Zuzana is General Counsel and a member of the executive team at Benefex, a leading employee experience tech platform, where she leads the Legal and Compliance functions. Prior to joining Benefex, Zuzana was an Associate General Counsel at Kambi Group PLC, a high-growth sports-betting tech company, and worked as a lawyer and a banker in the investment banking teams at JP Morgan and Barclays. She trained at Allen & Overy LLP in London and New York.

Zuzana actively works to automate and standardize her day job away so she can focus on building and leading strong, strategic, and commercial legal functions and helping businesses grow to global scale.

In her free time, Zuzana loves to travel and speak in (foreign) tongues. Having recently been prompted to (successfully) take the controls of a small Islandhopper mid-flight, she’s now been inspired to pursue her pilot’s license.
