Sheryl Jermyn is General Counsel of Telecom Plus Plc (which trades as Utility Warehouse). Sheryl joined Telecom Plus in September 2021 and is responsible for leading the teams across Legal, Data Privacy, Fraud, Compliance and ESG. Prior to joining Telecom Plus, Sheryl was Group Legal Director for Eden Springs, an international water solutions company based in Barcelona, Spain. Before that she was VP, M&A Legal at Barclays. After reading Law with German Legal Studies at the University of Glasgow and completing her legal training at Burness Paull in Scotland, Sheryl moved to Slaughter and May in London where she spent over 5 years as a Corporate Associate and also completed in house client secondments at Santander UK plc and Arsenal Football Club. Sheryl is married with two children, lives in Barcelona, is passionate about ESG and has an Executive MBA from the University of Edinburgh.
