Bita Goldman is the Global General Counsel for UNiDAYS, the world’s largest student affinity network with over 20 million verified members across 115 markets and driving more than $5 billion in sales in the last three years. As part of the Senior Leadership Team for this multi-national company, she provides legal counsel on all facets of the business including commercial, technology, employment, risk management, corporate governance, and compliance.

Prior to UNiDAYS, Ms. Goldman was the General Counsel and VP of Operations for an online retailer, where she helped develop the company from startup to an Inc. 500 “Fastest Growing Company in the US” 3 years in a row and ultimately to the venture being successfully acquired by a publically traded company. During this time, Ms. Goldman also served as advisory board chairwoman for the Domestic Violence Project of the Urban Justice Center.

Recognized numerous times for her leadership, quoted by mainstream media publications, and trained at Harvard Business School's Executive Education program for risk management, Ms. Goldman ultimately believes that her risk management and negotiation skills are most put to use, however, as a mom of 4.
