Sarah is the General Counsel of Hyve Group, a high growth global events company owned by private equity sponsors, Providence Equity and Searchlight Partners. Sarah has over 20 years of legal experience and is dual qualified in England and Wales, as well as New York and California, and brings a wealth of experience having worked within a private equity and listed environment and across a number of sectors. Sarah is passionate about building and supporting high performing global legal and compliance teams with a focus on wellness in the workplace, and finding balance, joy, and one’s own true career path. Sarah is a New Yorker who has been based in London for the last 19 years.
