Matthew Welz is Head of Legal and Company Secretary for the Clicks group of companies, a position he has held since 2016. The Clicks group includes Southern African pharmacy-led health and beauty retailer Clicks, and South Africa’s largest pharmaceutical wholesaler and distributor, UPD. Matthew spent over a decade as a practising advocate at the Johannesburg Bar, before joining Anglo American’s in-house dispute resolution team in 2012.
