Luche Joubert is Head of Legal Services at Remgro, a South African investment company listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. He studied at the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa for his B comm LLB qualification and then did a short stint in private practice in Cape Town. Luche then joined British American Tobacco PLC in 1996 and spent 20 years in various legal executive roles covering various jurisdictions. In 2016 Luche joined Remgro Limited as Head of Legal based in Stellenbosch, South Africa. Luche believes in the magic of well-functioning teams and building solid personal relationships with colleagues and associates: “Life is about unique experiences shared with special people” Luche currently resides in Paarl, South Africa with his wife, daughter and son. He is a keen golfer and runner and enjoys outdoor activities with his family.
