Shivani Singh is the legal advisor of the JSE listed multinational Santova Group, an international technology-based trade solutions specialist involved in innovative end-to-end supply chain solutions to industry leaders, overseeing the South African region and heading up legal and risk management within the areas of regulatory compliance, contract drafting and negotiation, dispute and claims management and corporate governance. She sits on the organisation’s Risk Management Committee, Health and Safety Committee as well as the regional Management Committee. Shivani has an LLB degree from the University of Natal and is an admitted attorney with exposure in corporate governance, company law, banking and finance transactional deals, employment law, dispute resolution, intellectual property and technology as well as maritime law associated areas. She is also an active member of the Corporate Counsel Association of South Africa as well as the Maritime Law Association.
