Desirée Nafte is Head of Legal at Hyprop Investments Limited, one of the largest retail property funds listed on the JSE. Desirée provides legal services to the Hyprop Corporate Business and is a member of the Hyprop Corporate Exco. She has been employed as a legal advisor in the commercial and retail property sector for over 20 years and has extensive experience in property law. Desirée is also the current chairperson of the SA REIT Legal and Competition Commission Committee and is a member of the SA REIT Exco.
