Ludo Tema is Head of Group Legal at Debswana Diamond Company. Previously she has worked as Legal Counsel & Company Secretary for Barclays Bank of Botswana Limited and as a practising attorney with Armstrongs, Attorneys, Notaries & Conveyancers.

Ludo has a sound knowledge of the law and is adept at finding working solutions for legal issues in business. She has experience with legal issues concerning commercial, corporate, finance, labour, contractual, disputes and litigation, arbitration, environmental, mining and insurance-related matters. She has also set up in-house legal divisions, including systems, processes and human capital, from scratch for both current and former employers.

She holds an LLB degree from the University of Warwick and a Diploma in Legal Practice from The College of Law in London.
