Lindi Vundla is a legal professional with legal practice experience in Johannesburg and New York City, and in-house experience in the steel, aviation, educational publishing, and technology sectors. She has expertise in competition/antitrust, public company advisory, anti-bribery and corruption (UK Bribery Act/FCPA), corporate governance, and general commercial/corporate law. Lindi has also represented the South African aviation industry at IATA and the technology industry at the World Economic Forum (WEF) Africa.

Most recently, Lindi led the legal function for a multi-national technology company’s Sub-Saharan Africa business, working closely with multiple teams including operations, policy and business development to craft great deals and launch innovative business models. She managed an agile team of five other attorneys.
