Hank Greenberg is the General Counsel & Secretary at Oscar and oversees the company's Legal, Regulatory Affairs and Government Affairs functions. Hank joined Oscar in 2016 as Senior Corporate Counsel, and served in roles of increasing responsibility before being named General Counsel in 2019. Prior to joining Oscar, Hank served as Counsel at Reorg, a financial media and technology firm, and as an Associate at Jenner & Block in New York, where he represented corporate and pro bono clients in the firm's Complex Commercial Litigation and later in the Corporate practice groups.
Hank clerked for the Hon. Judge Frank M. Hull of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and served as a legislative assistant for Representative Jane Harman in the U.S. House of Representatives, where he managed Rep. Harman's Energy & Commerce Committee work, including health care, energy and telecommunications policy matters.
Hank earned a Bachelor’s degree in History from Yale University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he was a member of the Harvard Law Review.
