Cristina Amate Muñoz is a Spanish lawyer and Head of Legal, Contracts and Procurement at BEUMER Group Middle East, where she leads the legal, contracts and procurement function and advises on major infrastructure projects in Airports across the Middle East and Africa.
With over 15 years of international experience and 10 years in the UAE, Cristina has worked across the engineering, infrastructure, construction, banking and professional services sectors. Her experience covers complex EPC and commercial contracts, strategic negotiations, claims and dispute management, procurement, corporate governance and commercial risk across multiple jurisdictions. She is known for combining legal rigour with a pragmatic and business-oriented approach.
Cristina is a regular speaker at legal and industry events and is passionate about advancing gender diversity and inclusive leadership in the workplace. She holds a dual degree in Law and Business Administration and is currently completing the Global Executive MBA at IESE Business School, where she was awarded a Women in Leadership Scholarship.
