She spent a decade at LexisNexis, latterly as Head of Account Management, giving her a long view of how legal teams actually adopt new technology, and where it stalls. She is based in the Middle East, working with legal departments across EMEA, she focuses on the adoption, trust and change-management questions that sit behind every AI deployment, rather than the demo.
