With over a decade of experience across civil and common law jurisdictions, Omar leads legal strategy and governance across the Group’s healthcare, real estate, hospitality, and investment sectors.

Before this, Omar was Co-Head of Restructuring and Shareholders Disputes at Habib Al Mulla & Partners, advising high-profile regional and international clients on corporate governance, succession planning, and cross-border disputes. He has a strong track record in complex commercial negotiations, litigation management, and regulatory compliance.
