Dhruv Paul is the Group Chief Legal & Corporate Development Officer at noon. A dual-qualified lawyer with over 17 years of experience, he has advised on complex corporate, finance, and cross-border transactions across global markets.

Prior to joining noon, Dhruv was a Partner at Watson Farley & Williams, where he advised multinational clients on a broad range of strategic and financing matters.

At noon, Dhruv leads the Legal and Corporate Development functions, overseeing corporate transactions, strategic partnerships, corporate governance, government relations, and initiatives that enhance business efficiency and support the company's long-term growth.

Outside of work, Dhruv is a proud father, aviation enthusiast, petrolhead, aspiring artist, and budding golfer.
