Murad is a Partner & Regional Head of Consultation. He is a bilingual legal professional with over 25 years of experience in corporate finance and corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, private placements, private equity, initial public offerings (IPOs), takeovers, equity capital markets (ECM), debt capital markets (DCM), listings of debt and equity instruments, restructuring, joint venture agreements, marketing, distribution and agency arrangements, real estate development and construction agreements, as well as complex corporate and commercial disputes across the Middle East. He also has a strong understanding of Shari'ah law principles as applied to Islamic finance, Islamic insurance, and general commercial and civil transactions.

Murad holds both legal and accounting qualifications, having earned his law degree in 1996 and later his accounting degree in 1998 after passing the American Certified Public Accountant (CPA) examination.
