Riham Naim Farahat is a strategic legal leader passionate about shaping business success through innovative legal solutions and inclusive leadership. Currently serving as General Counsel at Emarat Petroleum, she brings over 15 years of experience across energy, pharmaceuticals, and banking.
Her journey includes leading legal teams at Novartis as Head of Legal for the Gulf and Egypt, where she also took on several regional assignments across the Middle East and Africa (MEA), strengthening her ability to manage complex, cross-border legal challenges. Prior to that, she spent six years in banking, building a strong foundation in financial transactions and regulatory compliance.
She holds a Maîtrise en Droit des Affaires from Cairo University and Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, which has enriched her international perspective and adaptability in diverse legal environments.
