Mr. Alsehaly is the Chief of Legal and Governance of the Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO), where he plays a pivotal role in shaping legal

With over 15 years of extensive legal experience across public and private sectors, Mr. Alsehaly has developed deep expertise in corporate governance, contract negotiation, litigation management, and international regulatory frameworks. Before joining DCO in December 2023, Mr. Alsehaly held several key legal leadership roles, including the Head of Legal Affairs at the General Authority for Military Industry and General Counsel & Board Secretary at AlUla Development Company (PIF). He has also provided legal guidance to prominent organizations such as the National Water Company,Tasnee, Saudi Arabian Chevron, the National Anti-Corruption Commission, and the Ministry of Commerce. Mr. Alsehaly holds an Executive MBA from Prince Mohammed bin Salman College, an LLM from Pace University School of Law (USA), and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from King Saud University.
