Reina joined Z&Co. in August 2024, having come from a strong private practice and in-house background and over 12 years experience. Reina specializes in all aspects of corporate and commercial contracts and advisory, including market entry and localization, commercial and operational contracts and negotiations, real estate, procurement, competition risk management, intellectual property, data privacy and cybersecurity and ESG regulation.

A solicitor qualified in England and Wales, Reina has gained extensive experience from both client-facing and in-house perspectives and has worked with local and international businesses across various sectors, including construction, transport & logistics, infrastructure, FMCG, healthcare, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and retail.

Prior to joining Z&Co., Reina worked across a variety of commercial and corporate advisory practices in London, Dubai, Switzerland and Saudi Arabia. After spending 5 years at Linklaters LLP (where she began her career) Reina served as Senior Legal Counsel at Nestlé Nespresso / Nestlé managing all legal support for the commercial, operational and product development functions globally. Reina also served as General Counsel of a regional construction and contracting group, where she was esteemed for her achievements in commercial negotiation and alternative dispute resolution. Most recently, Reina returned to private practice as Legal Director at Clyde & Co. LLP based in Riyadh and Dubai, where she was commended by her major commercial and logistics clients for her support on complex commercial projects – particularly in relation to logistics and infrastructure. Clients such as Saudi Global Ports referred to Reina as “integral” to the successful completion of their projects.
