Thenji Moyo is a Partner and Head of the Employment practice at Gateley Middle East, which is shortlisted in three categories in the 2025 Middle East Awards including Employment Law Firm of the Year. Thenji is an award-winning UK admitted employment lawyer working predominantly on contentious and non contentious employment matters within local and international firms.

Having worked in the UAE for well over 10 years, Thenji has a keen interest in business and has advised numerous blue chip, multinational, regional, local and private clients from all industry sectors on complex legal issues. 

Thenji was awarded the Employment Lawyer of the Year at the inaugural G.C.C. Women in Law Awards for her outstanding contributions to the legal business industry. In efforts to improve workplace culture, Gateley Legal under her leadership was awarded the Equality Initiative of the Year at the Women in Law Awards and the Middle East Legal Awards. Thenji is a champion for promoting mental health and her team was awarded a commendation for Best Mental Health Care in the Legal Profession at the inaugural Mentl Awards.
