As a qualified Senior Legal Counsel and certified Board Member with over decade of in-house experience, Milla specializes in delivering comprehensive legal solutions across a range of industries, including technology, energy, public sector, manufacturing, and financial services. Her expertise spans commercial law, procurement, compliance, corporate governance, and intellectual property, with a proven track record in contract negotiation, data protection, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Milla is currently pursuing an MBA to further enhance her business knowledge, reinforcing her commitment to aligning legal strategies with broader business goals. She is bilingual, native in Finnish and has professional working proficiency in English.
