Lindo Khuzwayo is a South African attorney with degrees from UCT (BA in Media and Business French), WITS (LLB), and the University of Lyon in France (LLM in International & European Business Law). Her career spans roles at Bowmans (law firm), the International Bar Association in London, and Legal & Business Risk consulting work focused on Francophone Africa.

At Anglo American, she started as a Legal Specialist in the Group Legal function, and then moved to Anglo American Platinum (now Valterra
Platinum) as a Strategic Engagement Principal working across the Sustainability and Government Relations functions. Lindo is now working as a Sustainability & Strategy Principal for Anglo American, where she focuses on strategic Sustainability projects, overall strategy, the company’s SDG and ESG advocacy initiatives, and engaging with Civil Society and Government on various issues, ultimately ensuring that the internal systems in the company align with the legal needs of society at large. Lindo has also served on the board of one of the company's historic Funds as well as the board of a large-asset Community Development Trust.

During South Africa’s G20 Presidency, Lindo was also a member of the Compliance & Integrity Task Force within the B20 on behalf of Anglo American. Lindo is passionate about leadership and is a Facilitator in a global market-place leadership network called Leader Impact.
