Isabel is the Legal Director for Market Area Africa at Metso who is a frontrunner in sustainable technologies, end-to-end solutions and services for the aggregates, minerals processing and metals refining industries globally.

Isabel’s skills portfolio includes working on high value cross border transactions as well as complex commercial contract negotiations. She is an experienced Legal Counsel with a demonstrated history of working in the chemicals, mining, agricultural and equipment manufacturing industries.

With a Master of Laws (LLM) focused in Corporate Law, Isabel specialises in Commercial and business law as well as Contract Law and negotiations across the value chain.

Isabel is passionate about diversity and inclusion, supporting interns and junior lawyers in the pursuit of their career aspirations.

Isabel has been awarded as one of the most influential GCs in South Africa by legal directories and continues to make waves within the legal industry on the African continent.
