Nomxolisi Sikhondze is an accomplished General Counsel with over 17 years’ progressive experience leading legal strategy across Africa and beyond. She currently serves as a General Counsel at Unilever’s Global Supply Chain & Operations, sharpening her ability to translate global strategy into locally relevant execution. She supports complex multinational operations, leads cross-border legal teams, and partners senior executives to drive resilient, future-fit legal governance.

Nomxolisi has built her career at the intersection of legal excellence, organisational transformation, and commercial impact. Having begun her career at ENSafrica, where she built a strong foundation in corporate and commercial practice, she transitioned to in-house leadership within the global consumer goods and logistics industries. Nomxolisi brings deep expertise in mergers & acquisitions, complex cross-border commercial contracting, managing legal risk in complex and diverse markets, and building future-fit legal functions.

An Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, Nomxolisi holds an LLB from the University of Pretoria, an LLM from the University of the Witwatersrand, and an MBA from Henley Business School, combining legal depth with strategic and operational acumen.
