Karin Schoeman is the Legal Director for South Africa at Kellanova, where she sits on the Executive Committee and leads the Crisis Management Team. She is responsible for all legal, compliance, and governance matters across the South African business, and also manages brand and brand protection for the MENAT region. Karin began her career in private practice as an admitted attorney before moving into the FMCG sector, where she has gained extensive experience advising leading companies on complex regulatory, commercial, and operational matters. Her work combines deep business acumen with a passion for driving governance and protecting some of the world’s most loved brands.
