Thabiso Ntjepela is a Quantity Surveyor with more than 14 years of experience in the Engineering, Mining, Power, and Building Industry. He had the privilege to work under leading construction and consulting firms. His exposure to working under both main contractors and consulting companies contributed to his methodical and innovative approach to cost and quantum analyses.

He has worked on projects based on FIDIC, NEC, and JBCC contracts, representing either the contractor or the client. His involvement in mega projects presented him with the opportunity to work on complex and unique electrical, mechanical, and communication systems, enhancing his ability to understand the pricing of sophisticated designs. He developed a passion for construction law from one of his projects which entailed the identification, quantification, and compilation of employer claims. His contribution to projects is of great value, derived from his approach of investing interest in the stakeholder needs and expectations accompanied by professional excellence.
