Diana is the Vice President and Director of Tax for Signature Bank, a full-service commercial bank with private client offices throughout the New York Metropolitan area, Connecticut, North Carolina, and California. In her role, Diana is responsible for all areas of taxation including planning, financial reporting, and compliance. Prior to joining Signature Bank, Diana was with New York Community Bank and Greenpoint Bank. She is a member of the BTI Advisory Board and a member of the KPMG Women in Banking Tax Advisory Board. Ms. Miller holds a B.S. in Accounting from Saint Peter’s University and an MS in Taxation from Villanova University.”
