Andrew Yocius is a Senior Manager in Crowe’s Financial Services Tax group, where he oversees the delivery of strategic tax consulting and compliance services for financial institutions nationwide. With more than 10 years of experience in financial services taxation, he has advised clients ranging from regional banks to large, publicly traded institutions with multi-billion-dollar balance sheets.

Andrew began his career at Crowe immediately after college, starting in the firm’s Nashville office before relocating to Chicago, where he now helps lead Crowe’s Midwest financial services tax practice.

He spends most of his time consulting with large publicly traded financial institutions on strategic tax planning, ASC 740 (accounting for income taxes), M&A due diligence, equity-based compensation taxation, federal and state tax credits, and complex multi-state tax matters.

Andrew is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Illinois and Tennessee. He is also an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Illinois CPA Society (ICPAS).
