Clark is a Principal in Crux’s Markets & Transactions and Advisory group, where he supports and advises corporate entities and banks, including Fortune 1000 enterprises and large private companies, in originating, structuring, and executing on opportunities to enter clean energy tax credit, tax equity, and preferred equity transactions. Prior to joining Crux, Clark led a team of originators, underwriters, and transaction leaders in U.S. Bank’s tax equity and project finance group. Clark has structured and underwrote or otherwise overseen >$6.2 billion of investment in utility-scale and distributed solar, wind, residential solar, advanced manufacturing, battery storage, geothermal, nuclear, renewable natural gas, and community solar projects in 20 states.
