Pat retired in 2024 as the Director, Tax Planning at New York Community Bancorp. He was responsible for the overall management of the overall tax function. Pat has over 25 years of corporate tax experience in the federal, state and local tax areas. Prior to joining NYCB, he held positions as Managing Director in PwC’s NYC office, V. P. of Tax Citigroup and Director of Tax at Greenpoint Financial Corp. Pat received his BBA in accounting from the State University of New York , is past chair of the Americas Community Bankers and New York Community Bankers Tax Committees, and current member of the ABA tax and IRAG committees.
