Diana was the Vice President and Head of Tax at Signature Bank, formerly a full-service commercial
bank with private client offices throughout the New York Metropolitan area, Connecticut,
North Carolina, and California. In her role, Diana was responsible for all areas of taxation including strategic planning, financial reporting, and compliance.
Diana grew her career in banking first at Greenpoint bank and later at New York Community Bank where she held the role of VP of Tax Compliance and Tax Technology, before leaving to explore a great
opportunity at Signature.
Following the forced closure of Signature Bank, Diana now consults for the FDIC. She is an active member of the BTI Advisory Board and a member of the KPMG Women in Banking Tax Advisory Board. Ms. Miller holds a B.S. in Accounting from Saint Peter’s University and an MS in Taxation from Villanova University.”
