Diana Miller is the Head of Tax for BasePoint Capital, and has over 20 years of experience in income tax accounting, compliance, controversy, research, and planning within the banking and financial services industries.
Diana was previously the Vice President and Head of Tax at Signature Bank, formerly a full-service commercial bank with private client offices throughout the New York Metropolitan area, Connecticut, North Carolina, and California. In her role, Diana was responsible for all areas of taxation including strategic planning, financial reporting, and compliance.
Diana grew her career in banking first at Greenpoint bank and later at New York Community Bank where she held the role of VP of Tax Compliance and Tax Technology.
Diana is an active member of the BTI Advisory Board and a member of the KPMG Women in Banking Tax Advisory Board. Ms. Miller holds a B.S. in Accounting from Saint Peter’s University and an MS in Taxation from Villanova University.”
