Jennifer is a member of the Financial Services Practice and a regional financial services tax leader. She has more than 20 years of experience providing tax services to public and closely held financial institutions. She also has extensive knowledge on investments in projects that generate tax credits and the tax implications to mergers and acquisitions. Jennifer serves community banks ranging in size from $100 million to approximately $20 billion in total assets.

She currently serves as a member of the financial services committee that sets the overall strategic direction of delivery of audit, tax and consulting services for financial services clients.

Jennifer has presented at various association seminars on tax legislation, current tax developments and tax credit investments.

She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants (KYCPA).

She is a 1998 graduate of University of Kentucky, Lexington, with a B.S. degree in accounting.
